These terms apply to your use of rustandstride.com and purchases from Rust & Stride, operated by Zorvex Technologies LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

Shopping with us

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information. Keep your account credentials private and let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Our footwear information

We describe each style using the available material and measurement information. Colors may look different on different screens. Measurements are approximate and fit can vary between styles. Label sizes are not automatically US sizes; follow the reference on the specific product page and ask about fit before selecting a size.

Prices & orders

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable tax and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Prices may change for future purchases. An order acknowledgment confirms that we received your request; it does not guarantee acceptance of an order containing an obvious error.

If a material error affects a price or description, we will contact you to explain and offer the choice to proceed with corrected information or cancel. We may cancel an order if an item cannot be supplied, the information cannot be verified or there is a reasonable concern about misuse. Any amount collected for a canceled item will be refunded.

Delivery & delays

We deliver to the contiguous 48 United States. Processing takes 1–3 business days; transit takes 2–7 days. Standard shipping is $6.99, or free for a merchandise subtotal of $59 or more after any discounts. See the Shipping Policy for address corrections, delivery issues and your choices if we cannot ship on time.

Returns & refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We cover return shipping for quality problems, incorrect items and transit damage; customers cover return shipping for other reasons. Returns are inspected within 3–5 business days of receipt, and approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Your bank determines posting time. Read the Refund Policy for the return address and full instructions.

Using this website

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful material. Our brand, original copy and site design may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Product imagery may be subject to separate rights.

Reasonable limits

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every technical error will be prevented. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable consumer protection laws continue to apply.

Questions & updates

We may revise these terms for future site use and purchases. The terms in effect at the time of your order apply to that order. Contact us if you have a question before shopping.
