Rust & Stride is operated by Zorvex Technologies LLC. This policy explains how we handle information when you browse rustandstride.com, use an account, place an order or contact us.

Information you provide

We collect the details you submit for an order, such as your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, phone number and items ordered. If you create an account, we store your account information and saved addresses. Messages sent through our contact form include the name, email address, subject and message you enter.

Please do not send full card numbers or other sensitive financial information through email or the contact form.

Information needed to run the site

Our web systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and error logs for security, troubleshooting and reliable service. We use this information to protect accounts, detect misuse and keep the store working.

Cookies & your choice

We use essential cookies for shopping-bag contents, store sessions, sign-in and checkout. These are needed for the services you request. For example, WooCommerce may use woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart and wp_woocommerce_session_* cookies when you use the bag; WordPress uses sign-in cookies when you access an account.

We save your Accept or Decline choice in your browser’s local storage under rs_cookie_choice. This preference remains until you change it or clear browser storage. Choose Cookie Settings in the footer to reopen the notice. Declining optional cookies does not prevent essential shopping functions.

We do not currently load analytics or marketing scripts or set advertising cookies. If that changes, optional tracking will require your consent before it is loaded. You can also manage cookies through your browser, although blocking essential cookies can affect the bag or account features.

Why we use information

We use order and contact details to process purchases, arrange delivery, respond to questions, handle returns, maintain account access, prevent fraud and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Submitting a question does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

We share information only as needed with service providers that support hosting, email delivery, payment processing and parcel delivery, or where required by law. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect customers, prevent unlawful activity or respond to a valid legal request.

Retention & security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We use HTTPS and access controls to help protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices & requests

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information by contacting us. We may need to verify your request, and some records may need to be retained for legal or transaction purposes. Depending on your state, additional privacy rights may apply. You may appeal our response by contacting us again and explaining your concern. We do not discriminate against customers who exercise applicable privacy rights.

Children & external links

This store is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. External sites linked from our pages have their own privacy practices.
